COVERAGE SCOPE 365 Holiday Lights ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that the window replacement products installed by the Company will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Warranty. 2. WARRANTY PERIODS 2.1 Structural Components Window Frames: Twenty (20) years from installation date Sashes and Hardware: Ten (10) years from installation date Weatherstripping and Seals: Five (5) years from installation date 2.2 Glass Components Insulated Glass Units: Twenty (20) years against seal failure resulting in moisture or film formation between glass panes Tempered Glass: Ten (10) years against stress cracks under normal conditions Low-E Coatings: Twenty (20) years against peeling, cracking, or deterioration 2.3 Installation Workmanship Installation Labor: Two (2) years covering workmanship, caulking, and sealing 3. EXCLUSIONS This Limited Warranty does not cover: 3.1 Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, acts of God, or abnormal weather conditions (including but not limited to floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, hail, or excessive heat). 3.2 Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the products by anyone other than Company representatives. 3.3 Minor imperfections in glass that do not affect the product's structural integrity or substantially impair vision. 3.4 Condensation or frost formation on inner or outer surfaces of the glass or frames, which may occur as a natural result of humidity and temperature variations. 3.5 Color variations or fading due to normal weathering, including non-uniform fading or discoloration resulting from unequal exposure to sunlight or elements. 3.6 Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance. 3.7 Damage resulting from settlement or structural defects of the building in which the windows are installed. 3.8 Glass breakage after installation, except as specifically covered under the terms of this warranty. 3.9 Any condition not resulting from a defect in manufacturing workmanship or materials. 4. REMEDIES 4.1 During the applicable warranty period, the Company will, at its option: Repair the defective product or component Provide a replacement product or component Refund the original purchase price of the defective product or component 4.2 Replacement parts or products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. 4.3 The Company will not be responsible for: Labor costs for removal or installation of product after the initial warranty period Transportation costs to and from service centers Costs for scaffolding, lift equipment, or other special equipment that may be required for service access 5. CLAIM PROCEDURE 5.1 To make a claim under this warranty, Customer must: Notify the Company in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect Provide proof of purchase including date of installation Allow reasonable opportunity for inspection by Company representatives 5.2 Claims should be sent to: 365 Holiday Lights [ADDRESS] [PHONE NUMBER] [EMAIL ADDRESS] 6. LIMITATIONS 6.1 THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 6.2 THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCTS. 6.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS. 6.4 Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to Customer. 7. TRANSFERABILITY This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is transferable once to a subsequent homeowner during the first ten (10) years after the date of installation, provided that the Company receives written notice of the transfer within thirty (30) days after the transfer of ownership. After such transfer, all warranty periods shall be reduced to ten (10) years from the date of original installation, with the exception of the installation workmanship warranty which shall remain as stated in Section 2.3. 8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and Customer with respect to warranties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties, whether written or oral.

EARLY PAYOFF OPTIONS 6.1 All financing plans may be paid off early with no prepayment penalties. 6.2 For promotional "Same-As-Cash" offers, payoff must be received before the promotional period ends to avoid accrued interest charges. 6.3 Contact our customer service department for current payoff amount. 7.
